At Safariki, we aim to deliver your order efficiently, no matter where you are in the world. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment and address verification. -
Shipping Locations:
We ship worldwide. Please ensure your shipping destination is correctly entered before completing your order. The correct shipping cost will be added at checkout. Failure to do so may cause delays or additional charges. -
Delivery Times:

UK: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Rest of the World: 10–15 business days after dispatch

Shipping Method:
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail and local postal services.
If you'd prefer a courier delivery, please contact us before your order is dispatched so we can update the charges and paperwork accordingly. -
Split Orders:
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to reduce customs and shipping fees. You’ll receive email updates with separate tracking numbers for each package if applicable. -
Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon arrival. Safariki is unable to estimate these charges and is not liable for them.

Return & Exchange Process
At Safariki, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, scarves and accessories are non-returnable.

Customized or bespoke items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
